Our crazy weekend

On Saturday we had a truck that needed some overspray cleaned off of it and then Scott was planning on working on my bathroom floor. We picked up the truck and got that fixed and taken back when I checked my messages and we had a guy who we never heard of telling us he couldn't cash his paycheck. The next message was from a payday loans place saying she had a customer who had just left and the check from us wasn't processing. AAHHH! We quickly drove to this business with me frantically calling the bank to put a hold on all checks going through. The police were already there and Scott filed a report and got to look at the check. Praise the Lord it was not the right bank or account number, just someone using our business name. Still very stressful. We got home got the kids playing outside and went to work on the bathroom floor. Within minutes James came running to the house screaming that he couldn't see and blood pouring out the side of his face. Seth hit him with a rusty metal thing he found in the yard. We got him calmed down and cleaned up and decided we would just glue the wound shut. It doesn't look too bad now. Then we went back to work on the floor and got that finished in time for a snuggle on the couch with each other which turned into us both getting a headache and going to bed. It was just one of those days!

FUN

At a recent get together with ladies we shaved our legs with some electric razor that pulls out the hair. I was a chicken, I did a little tiny spot, but last night I dreamed that I bravely shaved both legs. Isn't it funny how dreams work? I wonder sometimes if I have any control over my dreams. Are my dreams like thoughts? Will I be held accountable for my dreams? If so, I am in big trouble! Oh and one more thing......Shouldn't Spiderman's web come out of his butt? I think that would have made for a much more entertaining movie. TTFN

Well....so I have fallen off the bloggong wagon. I am back on now though. Life is crazy, but fun. My house is pretty darn clean right now. If you would like to see it that way come over immediately. Scott is taking me to an undisclosed location this weekend without the kids. He is such an awesome hubby. Life is good and if you are reading this I want you to know I think you're GRRREAT!

BUGS!!!!

Stink bugs and moths. Seth and I saw about 15 of the stink bugs.

Do you see the grasshopper?

Do you see the cicada shell?

This is an "I hope that never lands on my head bug!"

This is Rocky! I need to find out what kind of spider he is. I think he might be a she.

Sunrise ; )

This is the sunrise from my back porch. God has blessed us. We have seen such amazing things right from our yard. We also have lots of bugs. Praying mantis, mayflies, huge spiders, a variety of beetles, cottonwood borers, stink bugs, and so many more. The usual ones, only there's 10 times more of them. We have a little spider that lives in our mailbox. I named him Rocky. I'll get a picture of him.

This is the kids sitting on the tailgate, fishing in our pond. We only got one fish this time.

This is the holey boat.

The grandparent Blakes, Scott's parent's, my dad, brother-in-law Kyle, My bestest pal Jacquie and her kiddos all came out. It was fun and exciting. We did s'mores, BB guns, and much more.
